    Grace opens up about what it's been like to move back in with her parents, graduate her college program online and reach those emotional ‘tipping points’ that we’ve all experienced over the last few months.

    nothing good or better can come without change. Change launches us into the next season.

    It is such a privilege to have Alina join us today all the way from Japan! Alina grew up in Eastern Washington but has recently relocated to Japan to teach English.

    Alina shares inspiring insight into what it’s been like to live in a foreign country during this time and how she has found joy through appreciating ‘the little things’ in life.

    This season provokes a full spectrum of emotions and Alina shares how important it is for our mental health that we express these good, bad and ugly feelings as they come.
